Title: Trader quests bumping into player sleeping bag protection.
Post by: Patchup on November 27, 2018, 10:05:43 pm
So far I am aware of two quests given by a trader that have resulted in a location with a player sleeping bag.
One was my own quest on the previous Nav map. This was in a POI (A store) in the South so I figure that was legitimate and the solution would be to destroy the sleeping bag.
The second was just about an hour ago. Another player (I can't recall who) had the same problem. I was not able to determine if it was a POI or if it was north or south.

My question is how should this be handled in the future?
Do we know that all such quests are in POIs or towns?
I know my most recent "clear out the zombies quest" was not in a POI but was in a town.
Can players destroy sleeping bags in POIs and towns on the PVE side?
Anyway, greater minds than mine can ponder this.

I have to look into this more to come up with a solution.  I'm not certain that it's always obvious which structure has a quest.  But for now, YES, you can always destroy a sleeping back if it is blocking access to your quest.
